Curing machine adopts double-pot technique to guarantee for the consistency of dough ripening. Noodle rolling machine used nine pairs of chilled alloy roll. Technology of flavor immersion is introduced after noodles are steamed. The surfaces of equipment that will tough food are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, keeping in line with food hygiene standards.
